Announcing Reading Is Instrumental, Berkeley's all-star musical storytime produced by the Berkeley Public Library Foundation and the Berkeley Symphony. Reading Is Instrumental features an all-star lineup of readers with musical accompaniment by Berkeley Symphony musicians.
